As your partners, we want to prevent injuries. Our training involves CORRECTIVE EXERCISE to fix postural deviations to ensure that your body’s checkpoints are in proper alignment. Specific exercises will help improve your mobility and movement for both functional lifting and power training.
Our goal during your first session is to identify postural deviations so that we can focus on strengthening your body’s weaknesses allowing maximum movement while preventing injuries. There’s a synergy when your body begins working at a maximized effort and movements are done correctly. The result? Your body starts to gain more muscle which requires more fuel, in turn burning the stored fat.
During sessions we take the time to education our clients on the movement and efficiency of the muscles and joints being used, and how they work together so that the body may function as a powerful machine, capable to doing more than they could have imagined. Once clients understand how their muscles work, they train harder and stay focused.
