My personal belief and philosophy in life is summed up in the above quote. I believe life is lived in one way: to choose to do it or not do it. Once you choose to do it you can achieve anything and everything is possible. Therefore, my main objective with clients is to ensure that they can achieve the best mental and physical condition of their life if they just choose – that's all it takes. I am there to help and give them the strength and confidence to see the results they desire through their hard work and dedication.

To see my clients happy and proud of what they accomplish always gives me a sense of purpose and assurance in what the human soul and mind can achieve.

I'm Cat, a professional fitness trainer, helping all ages of clients with a variety of goals and accomplishments. Helping my clients achieve their goals gives me satisfaction and pride in what I do. Additionally, having certifications with National Academy of Sports Medicine, a Corrective Exercise Specialist, and the National Council on Strength & Fitness has given me a wide range of education and training methods in my chosen profession.

Since I was a little girl, fitness has been a part of my life. It started with gymnastics, track & field, and soccer, all of which all kept me active and busy. I took my first weight lifting class in the 9th grade and continued my interest in fitness throughout my high school years. I took pride in challenging my body, mind, and spirit which gave me confidence and the positive attitude I needed to succeed in high school and throughout my life.

I take honor in being a stunt-woman in Hollywood. The profession requires strong discipline so that I can remain in excellent physical condition; therefore, keeping in shape is not only a necessity but also my passion. It has allowed me to participate in a variety of well known Hollywood movies such as, "Thor," "The Green Hornet," and TV shows such as "House MD," "Swingtown," and "The Riches." Constantly challenging my body with physical activity is rewarding and keeps me motivated to lead my currently active and ambitious lifestyle.

Helping others accomplish their goals and strive for greatness is an invaluable part of my life. By not only being their trainer, but also a friend and coach, it allows me to aid in motivating my clients to achieve their goals and live the life they desire.
